Upper Darby Township Delaware County, Pennsylvania

Attention, upper Darby Township residents. Beginning October 1 the township will require an interior inspection for all resale properties in the Township. Upper Darby Township will now require both exterior and interior. Inspections on all resale properties. it is important to note that the township inspection is different than the home inspection buyers elect in the agreement of sale as a contingency to their offer to purchase the home.
